This located in the park of "La Villette", (the same place than LA GEODE, this works is named "the buried bicycle". (artists : Claes Oldenburg and Coosje Van Bruggen). The other parts of the bicycle are around.
To give you an idea of the size of the wheel, have a look at the panel on the left side, which is about 1 meter high....
